Michael Gibbons  BA LLB, Managing Director

Mike Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Sydney University.  Mike spent 13 years in the financial services/funds management industries in Australia, London and Hong Kong, including roles with First Chicago in London and with IPAC Securities and Merrill Lynch in Australia. 

Mike joined the business within weeks of its formation in Australia in May, 2000 and became CEO in early 2003.  Mike is eMove’s major shareholder and brings a range of skills to the business – sales, marketing, business development and corporate law/governance.

Jay Hennock BEc, Executive Director

Jay is an Executive Director of Jacanda Capital AFS 227163, a boutique corporate advisory firm. Previously, he was a Director of Newport Capital (www.newportcapital.com.au), a technology corporate advisory and funds management group.

Jay was also a Director of Access Systems, a profitable Internet/iTV software group, which he co-founded in 1991. Jay was responsible for developing the Access-owned and highly successful, RSVP Internet dating site. International Game Technology Inc. (IGT-NYSE) acquired Jay’s interest in Access in 2000. Previously, Jay was in corporate finance and corporate banking with Citibank and Bank of America. Jay is Chairman of Holotype (www.holotype.tv), an iTV company, and is a Director of four bond issuance companies.
